📦 Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Returned with tags and original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or invoice)

Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.
🔍 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Personal care or intimate products (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized items
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants, flowers)

🇪🇺 EU Customers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your item ships to an EU country, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, no reason required. The item must still be:
- Unused, with tags and original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
💳 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund decision. If approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Processing time: within 10 business days
- Your bank/card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund
